Accessibility statement

Conformance level

The site has been made accessible in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the W3C's WCAG 2.0 guidelines. The site partially conforms to level AA. We continue to review and improve its accessibility on an ongoing basis.

Measures taken

• Full keyboard navigation, including a “skip to content” link at the top of every page.
• Clear keyboard-focus indication on every interactive element.
• Sound semantic structure with headings, landmarks and aria-labels for controls without visible text.
• Alternative (alt) text for the site's meaningful content images.
• Right-to-left (RTL) support for Hebrew and Arabic.
• Adequate colour contrast and a dark display mode to reduce visual strain.
• Respect for the system reduce-motion preference (prefers-reduced-motion).
• Responsive design adapted to a range of screen sizes and devices.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts to make every page and component accessible, some parts may not yet be fully accessible:

• Third-party embedded content and widgets (such as suppliers' flight and hotel search engines) may not be fully accessible, as they are not entirely under our control.
• New pages or content may not yet have completed a full accessibility review.
